Their heart is to lead the congregation into a Spirit-led worship experience where faith is expressed openly and joyfully.

The Praise and Worship Team at Salt of the Earth Church helps create an engaging and Spirit-led worship experience that connects with today’s generation while remaining grounded in biblical truth.
On designated Sundays, this team leads the congregation in contemporary worship that is both energetic and meaningful, encouraging participation and helping create an atmosphere where people can fully engage with God.
This ministry provides opportunities for young adults and others with musical and vocal gifts to serve, grow, and develop their calling in worship leadership.
As part of a Spirit-led Indianapolis church, the Praise and Worship Team plays an important role in helping people move beyond observation into active worship.
